Recently, Welly Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the "Dongguan City Haixinsha Comprehensive utilization Center Green industry Service project landfill concentrated liquid treatment system", the project treatment object is the concentrated liquid generated by DTRO process in some town landfills in Dongguan City, the design treatment scale is 500t/d.
Two-stage DTRO process was used to treat leachate in some town landfills in Dongguan City. The concentrated leachate after treatment was directly injected back into the original landfill, and the high concentration of salt accumulated continuously in the concentrated liquid treatment system, which was easy to cause problems such as the breakdown of the treatment system.
In order to solve the problem of concentrated liquid treatment in Dongguan landfill, this project relies on the green industrial service project of Haixinsha Resource Comprehensive Utilization Center under construction, and uses the physicochemical wastewater treatment workshop to treat concentrated liquid in landfill. The main process is: "pretreatment + equalization pool + two-stage A/O+ external UF+NF". The concentrated liquid produced by nanofiltration system adopts the process of "reduction + full quantization", and finally realizes the full quantization of concentrated liquid.
The successful bid of the project provides a solution to the problem of concentrated liquid treatment in Dongguan landfill and reduces the threat to the ecological environment. Ecological and environmental protection is a cause that benefits the present and future generations. In the future, Willy Environmental Protection Group will take the "14th Five-Year Plan" ecological environmental protection task as the goal, and continue to focus on "moving towards a new era of ecological civilization and building a beautiful China".
