Changchun Municipal solid waste treatment Center was rated as a Grade I landfill by the state in 2013. As the only one in the capital cities of the northeast region, about 7.5 million tons of domestic waste has been landfill.
The original treatment system has been in operation for 8 years, and the entire equipment system is seriously aging, unable to meet the new and accumulated leachate treatment tasks. At the same time, a large amount of concentrated liquid in the original system is directly recharged, resulting in a sharp deterioration of the water quality in the reirrigated area. To this end, the Changchun Solid Waste Management Center entrusted Weley Group to undertake the leachate treatment task of the landfill for a period of three years, mainly responsible for the construction of the project, operation management, water quality assurance and dismantlement and withdrawal of the service expiration.
Solution
The new leachate treatment system adopts the process combination of "pretreatment + external MBR+ nanofiltration + reverse osmosis". Designed processing capacity of 3000m³/d, supporting the construction of nanofiltration concentrated liquid treatment system and reverse osmosis concentrated liquid treatment system, to provide full quantitative leachate treatment services for the whole field.
The treatment route of nanofiltration concentrate is "coagulation precipitation + two-stage Fenton oxidation pretreatment +MBR+UF+NF membrane advanced treatment". The reverse osmosis concentrate treatment route is "concentration reduction + low temperature evaporation + curing/drying".
The effluent quality of the design system meets the discharge standard of Table 2 in GB16889-2008 "Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill", except that the total nitrogen meets the design inlet water quality requirements of Changchun Yingying Sewage Treatment Plant.
Project significance
Direct recharging of concentrated liquid will cause the accumulation of high concentration salt in the concentrated liquid treatment system, which is easy to cause problems such as paralysis of the treatment system. The project provides full quantitative treatment services for leachate. The nanofiltration concentrated solution treatment system and reverse osmosis concentrated solution treatment system are designed at the back end of the system, and the effluent of the whole treatment system is discharged according to the standard. The remaining products are mainly the main system sludge, nanofiltration concentrated liquid to reduce the system sludge, evaporation system salt mud, and finally achieve the goal of full absorption of concentrated liquid.
