Shangqiu Municipal kitchen waste Treatment Plant project covers an area of about 36.05 mu, the construction of 200 tons of municipal kitchen waste treatment plant a day, including comprehensive treatment workshop, regulation pool, sewage treatment pool and other necessary buildings and related supporting facilities. The main treatment process is: "pretreatment + single-phase wet medium temperature anaerobic fermentation + biomass gas energy utilization" (subject to the construction drawings). The company won the bid for the first phase of Shangqiu Municipal kitchen waste Treatment Plant project, the specific scope of the project is: kitchen pretreatment system engineering, anaerobic fermentation and biogas storage system engineering, biogas system engineering and whole-plant electrical automatic control system engineering, sewage treatment (including biogas residue dewatering section) system engineering and whole-plant deodorization system engineering.
The project realizes the resource utilization of waste materials while harmless treatment, and has multiple meanings such as environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, and circular economy. The winning bid of the project further increased the company's share in the kitchen waste treatment market and consolidated Welly's position in the field of organic waste recycling.
